Dr. Oz and the Realage Website Review

Rebecca Smith
I found out about realage.com from seeing Dr. Oz talking about health issues on Oprah. I became very interested after hearing all that he had to say about how you can feel younger, look younger and even live longer. He explained things in a way that make sense to people. He described what foods to eat, what foods to avoid and stressed on the need for exercise. Dr. Oz advised that certain foods can actually help prevent certain cancers, stabilize your heart and lower blood pressure. I was caught by what he had to say and was definitely interested in hearing more. I searched for Dr. Oz on the internet and came across his Realage.com website.

I found that this website is very informative. You can enter in information about yourself and it will in great detail; give you information on what you need to do and what you need to stop doing in order to be healthy. It's easy to use and so interesting. They have quit smoking plans, plans to avoid/shorten cold or flu symptoms, quizzes and overviews on cancers. That is just some of the information this website holds.

I took the real age test on their website several weeks ago. After taking the test it told me what I was doing right and what I needed to work on and change. It also sent the information to my email and I can access it anytime I want on the website. The information I entered is also changeable. In the future I can update it with my life style changes and it will give me my estimated "real age" based on my current living conditions and way of life.

Since taking the real age test, I have made some definite changes to the way I eat and exercise. After two and a half months of making my changes, I am feeling healthier and have more energy. I have been able to maintain my current healthy weight with no struggle and have even avoided my usual reoccurring migraines. My husband has since taken up my new lifestyle changes and has lost weight.

Our whole diet has changed to including more soy products and more vegetables in our every day meals. Fruits and cereals are now used for snacking instead of cookies or granola bars. My husband and I try to do at least 30 min of cardio 6 days a week and about 60 min of weight training 5 days a week.

As time goes by and my body adapts, I have noticed my immune system becoming stronger. I am able to get over symptoms of the flu and cold faster than I did before. I have more energy to do things. Also, after doing the recommended exercise I have been able to lift things a lot easier and play with my children without getting exhausted.

I highly recommend this website to others, for it has helped us get into shape and it is easy to do. All it takes is a little will power and motivation to get started. After about two weeks of faithfully making the changes, you will find yourself loving it and easy to do.
