Not long ago, after purchasing one of these candy bars to eat at work on my part time job for the third week in a row, I came to realize that the Reese's Fast Break candy bar was, indeed, probably my all-time favorite candy bar!
Sure, I'd had my share of the Hershey's with Almond, Mars, and Snickers bars over the years. And each served its own unique function in helping to support my long time chocolate addiction. But, I realized the Reese's Fast Break bar meant so much more to me!
The Taste of the Reese's Fast Break Candy Bar
The Reese's Fast Break Candy bar is superior in taste. There is just the right amount of chocolate coating over the creamy peanut butter and nougat coating that it compliments them both without overpowering them. You still get that rich creamy peanut butter taste along with the richness of the creamy milk chocolate, which, by the way, is not too sweet like you sometimes find. I absolutely detest that cheap imitation, sometimes waxy imposter that tries to disguise itself as chocolate!
The Texture of the Reese's Fast Break Candy Bar
Then there is the texture of the Reese's Fast Break Candy Bar...While I find it difficult to accurately describe the milky sweet taste of the nougat inside the candy bar, the texture is reminiscent of finer chocolates! Boxed chocolates often include various kinds of nougat fillings. If the Reese's Fast Break candy bar was cut into smaller rectangular shapes and substituted for a chocolate in a box of See's chocolate candies, or similarly good quality chocolate, one would never suspect it didn't belong there.

I don't remember exactly when I had my first taste of the Reese's Fast Break candy bar, but I'm sure glad they are still around and I can look forward to enjoying many more as long as God, my health, and my wallet will allow!
