With the cold weather slowly moving in I have been getting stiffness in my lower back, which is painful. One of the body care products I have been using to soothe my lower back pains away is the Relaxzen 6 Motor Massage Cushion with Heat. It helps relieve the stiffness in my back using heat and massage therapy and I am in love with the cushion.
The reason I love the Relaxen 6 Motor Massage Cushion with Heat is because I can set it up and use it in a sitting position on my sofa seat, computer chair, kitchen chair and car seat, or in a laying position with it out flat on the floor or bed. It even has an AC adaptor to plug it inside my house and a DC adaptor to plug it into my chair and use it that way I can travel with it when I am in pain. I also like that there are six vibrating massagers and pulsating motors in it that can massage almost all areas of my body such as my neck, shoulders, back and thighs and any speed I want whether it be high, medium or low. I prefer the high speed because it really gets deep down into my muscles and loosens them up nicely within 25 minutes. Another thing I really like about the massage cushion is the heating element in the center of the mat the focuses right on my lower back when I turn it on to help relieve my lower back pains. However, it can get a little too hot and I have to turn it off after 10 minutes.
Some of the other things that come inside the cushion are eight magnets that help promote circulation in the body and I have to say I do notice my circulation improving, but I am not sure if this is because of the magnets or massagers in the cushion. The cushion also has an easy to use remote control to help you run the massage cushion. On the control there are buttons for the lower back, thighs, shoulder and neck area and you pick which section you want massaged, what type of massage you want and at what speed. I use the vibrations massage on medium speed and when I do the pulsating massage I do high speed. The low speed you cannot really feel at all, but it does help improve circulation in the back.
Overall, I am very pleased with how well the massage cushion relaxes my lower back while soothing the pains away. I would recommend the Relaxen 6 Motor Massage Cushion with Heat to anyone looking for a natural way to relieve aches and pains from their neck down to their thighs because it does work well and is affordable. I use the cushion at least twice daily to help manage with my lower back pains and sometimes even tension in my neck. I will not be without this cushion since it has improved my physically health. For those of you who try this massage cushion as well I hope it relieves your aches and pains naturally as well.
