Simply Asia has come out with a microwavable vegan noodle bowl that could just possibly become the grown-ups Ramen Noodle. I'm eating this right now, it's pretty good. As the review states it definitely has a *distinct* taste. It's a bit sour at first but actually pretty good once you've had a couple bites.

Also adding a few dry roasted peanuts to the bowl after cooking would probably make it rock.

I'm actually eating this right now. It's pretty good, has a nice flavor, good noodles. Not the world's best but yummy. The price is annoying- over $3 bucks a bowl. The serving is just right for me, but I eat very little compared to other people.

Nice review! I've tried this, but didn't think much of it. To each their own. :-)
