Review of the SNES/NES FC Twin Video Game System

John Ehle
It's been a long time since Duck Hunt and Zelda were on the top of the Christmas lists of most children. The most played now forgotten gaming systems of the past are now making a quick comeback for some cheap and affordable fun for the parents of today's kids who used to enjoy games in cartridge form.

What the SNES/NES FC Twin Video Game System has to offer is a way to play both of your regular old school Nintendo games and Super Nintendo games without having to find original hard to come by systems.

The latest gaming systems From Sony and Microsoft are awesome but you really can't beat the classics most of the last generation of kids got to play. The SNES/NES FC Twin Video Game System's controllers have the same look and feel as the original Super Nintendo's.

There have been some complaints that the SNES/NES FC Twin Video Game System will work with most games but not all. For the price and value however, I think it may be worth the sacrifice even if there are a few titles that aren't compatible with the system.

Currently, as of now, the SNES/NES FC Twin Video Game System is being sold at a reasonable price through Amazon for under $40. You can't beat the price and value considering back then the original consoles sold for around $100 as I recall.

Even if you don't have an available stock of your favorite NES and SNES titles around anymore, you kind find a great deal available on the Internet for sale! The available cartridges are usually sold for a very reasonable price and just because they have a few years under their belt, doesn't mean that they are not as fun today as they were back fifteen to twenty years ago when the games were new.

I highly recommend the SNES/NES FC Twin Video Game System for anyone wanting to have a blast from the past or wanting an affordable solution to the expensive and newer gaming systems available on the market today.

Thanks for the recommendation -- been looking for opinions on these hybrid retro systems!

Awesome! Mine is being shipped as I type. The NES and SNES were each $199 when they were launched (bundles were higher).
