I had been looking for a new vehicle since June of 2008. I wanted a safe and reliable vehicle because I have a little boy. I knew I wanted a vehicle that was taller than a standard car so I could easily get my son in and out of the car seat. I
also wanted something that looked nice and was comfortable for long day trips.
I road tested the Ford Escape, Voltswagon Tiguan and a few other SUVs. I ended up leasing the Subura Forestor XT and it has been pure joy for the last eight months.
The vehicles handles very well in all road conditions and has a lot of cargo room. This SUV has a lot of power when you need it. It is really good for passing other vehicles even going up hills.
I have put 16000 Kilometers on it so far and about ready for my second oil change. I have not had any issues with the vehicle thus far. It handles corners like a dream and is very comfortable on long trips. I love knowing how safe this vehicle is for my son. It has seven air bags. The heated leather seats are a bonus in the cold Canadian winters.
I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone that is looking for a safe reliable vehicle.
