Options for meals include the popular albacore sushi, blue crab rolls, cooked sushi, vegetarian sushi, and more.
The philosophy behind the menus offered at SugarFISH by Sushi Nozawa is what the sushi chef calls "trust in the chef," or in the Japanese tradition "omakase." That being said the three core menus are called Trust Me's. The Trust Me's offer the three basic core menus from which the excellent meals are derived based on the chef's decision for the day with the menu changing daily at SugarFISH by Sushi Nozawa. Additionally the soy sauce and ponzu are both house made dishes, which are equally fresh and delicious.
What should a patron expect to pay at SugarFISH by Sushi Nozawa for some of the freshest and most traditional sushi in Los Angeles? A basic "omakase" runs anywhere from $20.00 up to $40.00 per person, with the price listed on the menu being the total price paid, which includes taxes and any gratuities. An example of a daily "omakase" is Tuna Sashimi, a one piece Albacore and one piece Yellow tail sushi, and 4 Cucumber and 4 Toro rolls. SugarFISH by Sushi Nozawa in Los Angeles also offers several off menu items for patrons who may desire some different from the daily "omakase."
For those who prefer a casual environment as opposed to formal dining, the Marina del Rey coastal location of SufarFISH is the ideal venue for experiencing extraordinary sushi. The newest location of SugarFISH by Sushi Nozawa is located at 4722 ΒΌ Admiralty Way between the intersections of Fiji Ways and Mindanao in the Marina del Rey coastal community.
