Review of Tallman Hotel in Yosemite, California

If you are really into historic building then you will love Tallman Hotel located in Yosemite, California. This has been refurbished and brings to life all the beauty of when this hotel was first built. The environment is so restful and beautiful. If you need a break from everyday life this spot will help to renew you. There is a lot of peace and quiet to enjoy here.

The staff here is just truly amazing. If you need some nice treatment in life you can get that from the staff at Tallman Hotel. They are trained to the T and yet they are so down to earth and really give you the attention you need when you need it. The decoration is nice and not over done; it's just overall a wonderful atmosphere.

I think the only thing that I can complain about is the breakfast. Just like the rest of the Hotels you can stay they offer a complimentary breakfast. However, this breakfast just is not that great. I think for the price we have to pay here the breakfast can be fresher and better quality. There are to her places nearby to go and have a nice breakfast.

In fact they do have a Café call the Blue wing Café and they serve really good food. Of courses you have to pay for it, but the food is good and reasonable. They also serve lunch and dinner and have regular guests to come and play music on any given day.

They have these special concert series with conversation where guest can come and enjoy a three course meal with great music and conversation.

The hotel has 17 rooms and four really historic rooms. The fixtures in the rooms are so classic you will not find them at Crate and Barrel the fixtures are truly one of a kind.

One thing that many of you might like about this hotel is that they are pet friendly. However, you can't just show up with your pet when you get there. You have to let them know in advance that you are bringing a pet because they have certain rooms for people with pets. So, they will want to know in advance to make sure they have one of these rooms available for you.

Aside from the breakfast issue this is a really great option if you are looking for some peace and quiet. I would not say that this is a hotel for little ones. There is not a whole lot for them to do there. In fact, unless you are going to spend sometime in the Yosemite Park there really is not too much more for kids to do. Whatever the case enjoy your stay here.
