Totally online. Taxbrain does not have offices you can visit. You can prepare your tax return totally online. All you need is a computer with Internet access.

IRS e-filer. Taxbrain has been an IRS-approved e-filer since 1989. That is impressive.

No upfront fee. If you are getting a refund, the amount of your refund can be reduced by Taxbrain's tax preparation fee.
Refund loans. TaxBrain offers refund loans known as Quick Access loans. You can receive them in two days.
Premium services. For an additional fee, Taxbrain can professionally bind your income tax return and send you two copies. This feature is known as 'Bound Copies'. You can also receive audit coverage. Known as 'Smart Coverage Audit Defense', Taxbrain will represent you when, and if, either the federal or state government audits you. Plus, you can store your tax returns for up to five years on the TaxBrain site. This feature is known as 'Safekeeping'. These features are optional, of course.
