Review of Three Dog Bakery We Pity the Kitties Cat Treats
A Wholesome Natural Treat for Your Feline Friends
I am the proud owner of several cats. All are individuals, much like people. Some are finicky eaters, who will turn up their spoiled noses at most of the foods I offer them, preferring only their day in and day out favorites. And I think a few of my cats would eat old shoes as long as you sprinkled them with bits of this wonderful cat treat. We Pity the Kitties is one food all my cats agree on! They can't seem to get enough of them. To say they love them is the understatement of the year. They will practically stand on their heads and sing Yankee Doodle for even a sniff!
Made from all natural ingredients, it's a treat you can feel good about feeding to your per. There are no artificial ingredients, sugars or fillers, just pure skinless, boneless, Wild Alaskan salmon. Here is the Guaranteed Analysis from the package -
Crude Protein, Min 80%
Crude Fat, Min 5%
Crude Fiber, Max 1%
Moisture, Max 3%
A 1 ounce package costs around $4.99, and they also come in an equally delectable chicken flavor. It isn't the cheapest cat treat on the market, but if you compare the ingredients (only one - salmon!) to the list of strange, unpronounceable words on most cat treats, you will see that you are paying for quality. Plus, I kind of get a kick out of seeing a package with the words "We Pity the Kitties" on my pantry shelf! They come in a resealable cardboard box, and I would suggest storing them well out of your cat's reach, or you might discover you have a small furry thief on your hands. Yes, my cats adore these so much they will conspire amongst themselves and form a treat posse, hunting down the box and chewing a hole in it in order to get to the goodness inside.
Three Dog Bakery started out with the mission to bake wholesome, natural treats for dogs, and called themselves "The world's original bakery for dogs", but soon branched out to include cat treats in their product line. You can order any of their products at various places online, or you might be lucky enough to have a Three Dog Bakery in your neighborhood! Their web site, www.threedog.com, has a "Sniff Out a Store" search function, which will enable you to locate a store near you. You can also order directly from them at the above URL.
I order these treats three boxes at a time. My cats love them so much I really don't want to be without them for fear they might try to get online and place an order themselves. After all, fish is brain food, even for cats!

Post a CommentMy cats also love these treats. However, if you look at the inside bag it notes that this product is wild Alaskan salmon, freeze-dried and packaged in CHINA!!! I don't know about you, but I am very dubious about anything that is a food product, medical supply or pharmaceutical product made in China. You have no idea what's being added and whether or not the product is really "natural".
Oh my goodness, these are the best treats ever! I bought them for my cat for the first time a few months ago, and I've never seen him so excited about treats as he was about these!
