I like so many of the Tombstone brand frozen pizzas. Recently, I came across a Tombstone Original Pepperoni & Sausage Frozen Pizza, in the frozen pizzas section of my local favorite grocery store. This pizza looked good! I decided to buy it, try it out and write a food product review all about my experience with it. Here is what I discovered!
I bought one Tombstone Original Pepperoni & Sausage Frozen Pizza for under four dollars. Not a bad price, since each pizza has four servings. This pizza has pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella cheese and other ingredients in it. I like a meaty pizza and this one caught my attention. I could not wait to taste it. I discovered that this frozen pizza can be ready in nineteen minutes. I cooked it in a conventional oven. I placed the pizza on a baking sheet, put it into a preheated 400 degree oven for nineteen minutes, until the cheese was melted and the crust was golden brown. I let this pizza cool for five minutes before slicing and serving. It looked great and smelled fantastic!
When I tasted this pizza, I liked it. It has a nice amount of cheese on it. It is also very meaty. I loved that fact! The crust was perfect. While there are no veggies on this pizza, it will do, for a meat lovers pizza. It delivers what it says. I rate Tombstone Original Pepperoni & Sausage Frozen Pizza four stars out of five stars. I would buy it again, especially if it was on sale. It is hearty and filling. Worth the money that I spent on it.
One serving of this pizza has 370 calories. 160 of those calories are from fat. One serving has 17 grams of total fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 40 mg's of cholesterol, 800 mg's of sodium, 37 grams of total carbs, 3 grams of dietary fiber, 5 grams of sugars and 18 grams of protein. This pizza is packed with calcium and iron. This product does contain soy, wheat and milk ingredients.
I enjoyed trying Tombstone Original Pepperoni & Sausage Frozen Pizza and writing this product review about it. It is delicious and satisfying. A protein packed easy meal. This one is such fun.
