Review: Top Home Theater System: MTS Cinema Series HTS-3200 5.1 Channel Home Theater Speaker System

Don Lee
The top of the line Millennium Cinema Series 3200 is a home theater system that is the very best. They are very expensive, but if you wan the best, you pay for it. It comes with a Dolby Digital/DTS Ready, 250 watt subwoofer,150 watt center speakers, 100 watt x four satellite speakers, three stereo audio inputs, wireless remote control, master volume control, 5.1 channel audio input, 6 channel amplification, standby mode, ten inch down-firing subwoofer, two way satellite speakers, three way center speaker, MDF enclosures, it is magnetically shielded, the styling is elegant and it's easy to set up.

You'd think it would take up a whole lot of space, but once it is properly assembled and arranged within your home, it is easy to live with. The main unit is black as the speakers are and the trim design makes them look like a futuristic addition to your living room. Depending on where you place the speakers, they can be unobtrusive or used as decorations. Even in a small living room the pieces of the set don't take up too much space and the speakers are small enough not to be in the way.

When you set the unit up and turn it on, make sure you're playing music you really like. The impact of the sound and it's quality will delight and amaze you. Coming from everywhere at once the music will seem to be surrounding you as well as going right through you. It's a grand experience!

By the time you get used to the quality of the sound and music, you may think about the other things you can enjoy with this system. The radio comes through as clearly as if you had the talk show host or announcer in the room with you. It's an experience you won't be able to find anywhere else.

The remaining feature to the MTS Cinema Series HTS-3200 is a sure-fire fun maker. It's a karaoke machine! Imagine the fun you can have at parties or just goofing off by yourself with a karaoke machine of your very own! What can't you do with it? Sing a special song for a special person? Let the kids use it for their parties? Or practice for a new career on the stage? The possibilities are endless!

If you're in the market for something the whole family can enjoy to the limit, or just something for the two of you to play with, give some thought to the MTS Cinema Series HTS -3200 5.1 Channel Home Theater Speaker System. It isn't just a fun toy for the moment. It's an investment in your entertainment pleasure that will last for many years. A word of warning, however, unless you have no near neighbors, you might want to keep the volume down a little. Otherwise, your neighbors may want to come over and join you for an evening's entertainment. Be careful!

i bought mine from two white kids in a van in a KFC parking lot in dorchester massachusetts where i work. showed me magazine and even wrote me a warrenty, which i threw away assuming the stuff was stolen. i talked them down to $400. 4 years later, the DVD/CD/TUNER just broke. turned power off and in turning it back on, nothing. took it apart to see i think a capasitor melted which i will attempt to fix.

I remember when I bought this system 4 years ago. My cousin told me I got ripped even after I showed him how much ebay said they were going for. He told me it was a scam soon as I told him about it. Wish I would've told him before I bought it

  • wtf - super scam BEWARE with MTS-320011/20/2009

2 hispanic guys in maroon van with NJ plates at a home depot parking lot northrn blvd in queens, ny - same story as the other posters, at first i was told they have an extra unit they have to sell before going back to the warehouse. they showed a magazine ad with a price of $2,999.00, they offered it forst for $400 then down to $300. The speakers looks likw a cheap computer speaker. mine came with a DVD player, hooked it up, it worked but the sound is poor quality, not worth the $300 i paid for. In my opinion, this unit should sell for $50 bucks, no more than that. I was sooooo stupid enough to go for this scam!!! After i paid them the money, the other guy his name is victor asked me for BEER money!

The guy name is Victor and he gave me his phone number too

now if only i can sell this POS and get my money back even for half the price i paid for!

  • Don't know what you have.8/30/2009

Let me begin by telling you that I got the MTS-3200 system from 2 guys in a white van for $500 back in March of 2005. The system still works great after 4.5 years. That tells me either I'm lucky or the quantity of this product is good.
Lets begin with the speakers, those are 4 ohm speakers. For those who don't know what is the difference between 4 ohm vs 8 ohm speaker, they should google it. Anyway 4 ohm speakers are design for high end AMPs. Most common home theaters system only use 8 ohm speakers because the Amp on the AVR can't handle the low impedence. Most AVR are rated at 6-8 ohms therefore NEVER hook up these MTS speakers to a AVR that can't handle it, otherwise you'll fry your AVR's AMP. Which is what happen to a lot of newbies, and then they turn around and claim the MTS speakers are junk which fry their AVR.
As I mention before, if those 4 ohm speakers are design for high end AMPs, what about the MTS sub-woofer with the build in AMP? You guessed it, that's where the money

Just bought mine @ the parking lot of home depot. 2 white kids in a white mini van. showed magazine with $2,999. I had to low ball them. $240.00. I haven't set it up yet. for that prize, it can be so bad so long as it it works. They tried to get me for $800.00, but i was too smart for them. Some suckers must have fallen for that magazine shit.
