"Quick Connect" online banking is not quick and you can't always connect. If you want to log in and check your balance, they require you to jump through multiple hoops to log in (ie, have them email you a code or send a text message to your registered cell phone). The server that sends out verification emails doesn't always function and often sends these emails out hours after you request. So if you're the type of person who likes to be able to check your account balance whenever it's convenient for you, please find a normal bank.
