Review of Yellowstone Family Adventure in Mammoth, California

I never knew that Yellowstone offered families an adventure, but they do. Yellowstone isolated in Northern California and is a national park. I think to go to a natural park is an amazing experience because it will give your kids the opportunity to see the world the God created in a new way. The vastness of the Yellowstone Park speaks of the vastness of God.

Plus, it is just refreshing to be in such a fresh and beautiful environment. It is actually quite relaxing to the senses to visit Yellowstone and experience a family adventure.

So, what is this family adventure all about? Well, I wish I could share with you everything that there is to do in this family adventure, but there are so many I will tell you the ones that might be most tempting to you.

One of the things that you have the pleasure of experiencing with your family is the Old Faithful Inn. This is where you can stay on the premises if you decide that you want to stay at the Yellowstone Park for a few days, which I highly encourage. You will find that the Old Faithful Inn has a very simple and rustic feel to it. This will be a good time to expose your kids to what life is like with all the amazing conveniences and how they can enjoy life without having a lot of stuff.

One thing that this is most memorable about the Old Faithful Inn is the Old Faithful Geysers. This is a sight to see because the geysers are deep blue color and they are hot! The blue of these geysers is quite stunning.

The next thing that you want to see on your family adventure is the Grand Canyon at the Yellowstone, which has been said to be even grander than the Grand Canyon, but I will leave that up or you to decide!

You can take your kid's horse back riding, white water rafting and take them to view some wild life that they would never be able to see in the city. Some of the wildlife they will be able to see is herds of bison, grizzly bears and elk!

Something that I would recommend is maybe going on this little family adventure with a group of people. There are awesome group rates and special activities that you can do as a group. The downside is when you are hiking or doing other energy related activities sometimes kids will get sick or not cooperate and it can kind of slow things down.

There are a few little things that I forgot to mention about the Old Faithful Inn. When you arrive you will find a bag of toys in your room for the kids to play with when there is down time. Also, there is a photo album that they give you so that you can keep visual record of all the fun things you have done with your family on this trip.

The staff is amazing and friendly and makes really great guides for hikes, horseback riding and river rafting. I highly recommend this family fun filled vacation.
