This hotel is on the massive side. There are almost 900 rooms to choose from here so you can only imagine how gigantic this hotel really is. You should never have a hard time reserving a room here there is plenty of room for all here.
I think that this hotel makes a great place for business people. The hotel has this room on site called the executive lounge. This is a quite place for people who need to get their done. There are some PC's in this lounge and of course you are free to bring your own laptop if you like; and of course there is plenty wireless connection to go around. The cool thing is that in this lounge you can order drinks and little snacks while you work.
The restaurants here are more to the average side. I think that if you are looking to have a spectacular meal you should go off site and enjoy New York's finest cooking. There are so many restaurants in New York that are amazing so don't feel like you have to be stuck with the ones in your hotel.
The waiters and waitress are pretty funny to me. They are not the best and most attentive, but they really do expect their tips. While you stay here be ready to tip for every little thing and that is not just for the waiters and waitress! That is an all around tip. I guess staying here for at $648.00 a night is just not enough!
Most definitely do not order room service or you will find yourself broke quick! There are no coffee makers in the room, but don't make the mistake of ordering it through room service! It will cost you a whopping $22.00!
This is truly nice place to stay at if you can afford it! The rooms are at least $648.00 a night and of course there will be a lot of other things to pay for when you stay here. So, my advice is to plan wisely.
