Rascal is said to be a 2 year old black lab, pretty much incapable of using a computer for piracy and file sharing. However the RIAA is backing their lawsuit claiming Rascal downloaded and shared 13 different songs (Including "Who Let the Dogs Out" by the Baha Men) and the RIAA is seeking damages of $134,000 per song. When asked how they expect to win this lawsuit, Jim Fink a director at the RIAA said "I don't want to hear any more excuses, boo-hoo so you're a dog you shouldn't be sharing files on the internet!"
When told that dogs don't have opposable thumbs and there for can not type on a keyboard the RIAA exec simply said "We will figure this all out in court, or the family can pay us a $4000 fee and be done with all of this, it's their choice."
We interviewed Rascal to hear his side of the story, all we got out of him was "Bark Bark Woof Woof" and then he found his favorite chew toy and went to town on it.
There you have it the RIAA are monstrous demons and can not be stopped they don't care who you are or even what species you are; if you share files or they think you might have shared files they will attack you and those you love.
Note: this is a parody and the RIAA didn't really sue a family dog, although I wouldn't put it past them they have in the past sued dead people, people who don't own computers, and yes even children.
