Rice in Delhi

Two persons discuss about a newspaper report.
Farmer: At last the government has acted.
Urbanite: What is the great act you have in mind?
Farmer: It is that steps are taken by the government to solve the food problem.
Urbanite: As far as I know there is no food problem in our country. Of course there is inflation and prices of certain commodities like rice have gone up considerably.
Farmer: That is exactly I mean. To mitigate the difficulty the government has permitted import of rice and immediate decision is taken to implement the proposal. The result is airlifting of rice to meet the emergency.
Urbanite: My friend, I did not see any report of airlifting of rice.
Farmer: Yes. I saw. See yesterday's newspaper. It says Rice in Delhi.
Urbanite: Oh my God! It is not edible rice. It is about the foreign diplomat who visited Delhi.
Farmer: Thanks. Now I stand corrected and enlightened.
