I container coconut yogurt, frozen
zest and juice of 1 lime

Date With Breakfast

BLEND:

1/2 c. rice milk
1 frozen banana
1/4 c. chopped dates, or 5 to 6 dried pitted dates
1 tsp. honey
2 tsp. flax oil
