It was only week two of "Dancing With The Stars", yet, the dancing has gotten quicker and the steps a bit harder. This week the dancers danced one of two popular fast dances: The Jive or The Quickstep.
These dances showed off the dancer's stamina, their twists, their steps and if their steps could keep up with the music, as well as the rules of the dance. Once the judges watched each dancer performed topped the leader board and Chaz Bono landed at the bottom.
Here is a brief overview of each dancer according to order of performance:
Hope Solo and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy: They performed a jive. Judege Len stated that it was crisp. It was sharp. Yet, he also stated that she lost her timing here and there. Bruno stated that you lost it many times. They scored a score of 19.
Kristin Cavallari and her partner Mark Ballas: They performed a Quick Step. Judge Bruno stated that this performance was twinkling with pleasure. Judge Carrie Ann stated that last week nervous. This week stunning. They scored a score of 22.
David Arquette and her partner Kym Johnson: They performed a Jive. Judge Carrie Ann stated that she loved his incredible enthusiasm. She also stated that he was loose. But he lost control a few times. Judge Len stated that any connection it had with a Jive was a coincidence. He liked the enthusiasm. But it was a little bit wild and frantic. They scored a score of 18.
Elisbetta Canalis and her partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy: They performed a Quick Step. Judge Len stated that it wasn't great. But it was better than last week. Carrie Ann stated that she came back and nailed it. They scored a score of 21.
Rob Karashian and his partner Cheryl Burke: They performed a Jive. Judge Bruno sated that he was starting to find his own voice. Carrie Ann sated that it was official: Rob Karashian is a better dancer than Kim Karashian. They scored a score of 21.
Carson Kressley and his partner Ana Trebunskaya: They performed a Quick Step. Len stated that the trouble is that the worse dancers are the most fun to watch. Bruno stated that he can see that he put the work in it. As entertainment it was great. They received a score of 18.
Ricki Lake and her partner Derek Hough: They performed a Jive. Len stated that he saw overall improvement from last week. Carrie Ann sated that it was the best Jive of the night so far. They received a score of 23.
Chaz Bono and his partner Lacey Schwimmer: They performed a Quick Step. Bruno stated that he has a likeablility to him. The problem is the Quick step has to be quick. Carrie Ann stated that she was sorry that he was in pain and that he handled it well. They received a score of 17.
Chynna Phillips and her partner Tony Dovalani: They performed a Jive. Carrie Ann sated that she really enjoyed watching her dance. Len stated that it was good. But it need more excitement. They scored a score of 21.
Nancy Grace and her partner Triston McManus: They performed a Quick Step. Len stated that it was refreshing. That it was a proper quickstep. Bruno stated that it was a bit top heavy at time. They scored a score of 21.
JR Martinez and his partner Karina Smirnoff: They performed a Jive. Bruno stated that he has a feel for the music. He added that it was the most satisfying dance of the night. Carrie stated that there was a lift in it. Len stated that what was on the label wasn't on the table. He was expecting a Jive and got a Linde Hop. They scored a score of 22.
Now what will the viewers think? Will they help pull Chaz out of the bottom and help keep him on the show? The answer be told tomorrow night on the Results show of "Dancing With The Stars" on ABC at 9 pm, ET.
