Recently, I decided to purchase a gift for the helicopter enthusiast in my life. In order to make my payment however, I needed to know the shipping weight, so that I could choose my method of shipping and get an approximate amount of the shipping charges. After giving me a detailed description of exactly what I needed to do, with an unbelievable amount of friendliness, she then offered to transfer me to another agent who could take my order over the phone so that my order could be placed as quickly as possible and be sent out in their next shipment that same day.

I don't know where Rick's R/C Helicopters finds it's employees, but the next agent I spoke to was just as friendly and helpful as the first two. In order to ensure that I had the correct amount for shipping, she offered to pull the items from the shelves, and box and weigh them, and get an exact amount. I have her the item numbers for the products that I wanted, and she told me that she would figure everything out, and call me right back. Ok, I thought. Here's where it will get bad. It will take hours for her to call me back! But.....Five minutes! In just five minutes, she was calling me back with the information I needed. I placed my order and within two days the package was arriving at my door.

I honestly cannot tell you when the last time was I have received such an excellent amount of customer service. With high quality parts and high quality service, Rick's R/C Helicopters is definitely a top notch business all around. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone.
