Sunnyvale is honoring and celebrating our nations heroes tomorrow. Getting around can be a little tricky when there are parades and events scheduled throughout the county, however. Why not take a Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority bus or light-rail?
The VTA light-rail and bus service will provide regular services on Veterans Day (Thursday, November 11, 2010). One note if you plan a trip into San Jose- "During the Annual Veterans Day Parade occurring in downtown San Jose between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., VTA Bus Lines 22, 63, 64, 65, 68, 81, 181, 522 and DASH will be rerouted," according to VTA officials.
