Rihanna's interview on "20 20" was amazing. Rihanna's interview with "20 20" anchor Diane Sawyer addressed Rihanna's tumultuous relationship with Chris Brown, among other things. IF you missed the Rihanna "20 20" interview, it is available at various venues online. Showhype.com has a list of where you can watch the Rihanna "20 20" interview in its entirety. This way, you can watch the full interview to see what Rihanna had to say.

Normally, I don't turn the TV on during a Friday night. However, word about the Rihanna interview which was aired on "20 20" last night got me curious as to what the starlet had to say. I have always wondered why she allowed Chris Brown to treat her the way he did, and as I hoped, Rihanna addressed her relationship in the interview.

Rihanna looked as stunning as ever as she sat across from Diane Sawyer and told all her secrets. She looked a little sad, especially when speaking about her relationship with Chris Brown, but her strong resolve was always present.

Rihanna was bitten, beaten, and left bloody by Chris Brown on the eve of the Grammy awards. Rihanna told Diane Sawyer that Chris Brown had "no soul" in his eyes and that the person she fell in love with wasn't there when he beat her. Rihanna admits to being "embarrassed" to have fallen for Brown, and "ashamed" that she took him back after the incident.

Rihanna shouldn't be so hard on herself. She's certainly not the first woman to have fallen in love and gotten involved in a toxic relationship. She should be proud of herself that she was able to realize what type of relationship she was in, and that she got herself out of the situation relatively quickly. Many women stay in relationships that are far more abusive for years and years, subjecting themselves to daily abuse.

Rihanna's interview on "20 20" should be viewed by all young women that question their relationships. Rihanna is a powerful role model for women involved in toxic relationships. The fact that Rihanna was strong enough to put up a stand and get out of her relationship with Chris Brown will be enough to inspire other young women to do the same.

Rihanna shouldn't be "embarrassed" or "ashamed" about her relationship with Brown. Instead, she should embrace the greater purpose of the relationship and rest peacefully at night knowing that she could have very well saved a lot of lives.
