Ring of Kinship: The Twelve Classes that Can Be Upgraded in RuneScape Dungeoneering

David Farrell
Ring of Kinship can be upgraded using Dungeoneering tokens so to provide additional RuneScape bonuses within Dungeoneering. This RuneScape guide will seek to look at the twelve types of upgrade a ring of kinship may have and link to articles that focus on the stats of each level of upgrade for each ring of kinship class. See Ring of Kinship upgrades main disambiguation page for links to class-specific guides for all twelve classes.

Ring of Kinship has four class groupings of three classes each; Melee, Ranged, Mage, and Skiller. The initial menu accessed upon selection of the "customize ring of Kinship" option requires a choice of one of these four in order to access its three classes.

Melee classes are Tank, Tactician, and Berserker. Tank reduces damage incurred while wearing a shield (Novite kite is stocked by smuggler failing all else,) Tactician increases the chance of landing a hit when in the accurate stance, and Berserker increases strength level and hence also the max hit, when in an aggressive stance.

Ranged classes are Sniper, Keen-Eye and Desperado. Sniper increases the chance of getting a max hit when using long ranged. Keen-eye allows a chance of decreasing the opponent's defense by one if in accurate stance. Desperado increases ranged level when the RuneScape player fires from a rapid stance.

Mage classes are Blazer, Blaster, and Blitzer. Blazer increases damage dealt from casting elemental spells. Blaster allows for a chance to snare the opponent and slow its attack speed. Blitzer allows for a chance of casting elemental spells more rapidly.

Skiller classes are Medic, Gatherer, and Artisan. Medic allows a bonus while healing others. Gatherer allows a chance of gaining an extra resource and reduces damage taken while failing skill doors. Artisan allows a chance of saving a resource while using gathered resources, reduces damage when failing a skill door, and boosts the runecrafting level applied when making multiple runes.
