In the music studio you will find many, many guitars as well as violins, band instruments, keyboards, pianos and more that need to be adopted. Rising Star Music carries a full line of band instruments, violins and violas as well as many used instruments. There is also a large selection of music books and lesson books to choose from.
The music studio features nine private lesson rooms, a computer lab, a stage area, as well as a waiting room with a television. The computer lab is designed to help with music theory, rhythm, timing, and ear training. The studio felt warm, friendly and family oriented. The teachers were all very sociable and wonderful to talk to. I felt very comfortable the moment I entered the door, receiving a warm welcome. For me, with the large selection of gear on hand, it was like walking into a candy store!
In the music studio, I saw students in lessons varying from voice, guitar, piano and drum. It looked like they were enjoying every minute of them! Each private lesson is 30 minutes long, one on one with the teacher. Rising Star Music is dedicated to teaching children and adults of all ages, providing a fun, lasting experience for all. Music lessons are available for guitar, bass, banjo, drums, voice, piano, sax, clarinet, trumpet, violin and viola.
A stage was built in the studio to accommodate the "Rock Academy." The Rock Academy is a wonderful program which meets on Saturdays, bringing a selection of students together to perform various songs as a group. It is an 8-week program designed for students and non students. There is a fee to join the Rock Academy. If you are interested, call them for details or stop by. The address is 10487 Spring Hill Dr., Spring Hill, FL 34608.
Rising Star Music opened on August 1, 2009. After viewing the lesson program, interacting with the staff and seeing what a wonderful studio they have, they will be in business for many years to come! Stop in and see for yourself! You can contact Rising Star Music at 352-610-4344. Don't forget to ask about their free trial music lesson.
