Rituals to Make You Look Younger

I've been doing meditation rituals to empty out my stress. Stress can make you look very old. Everyone will have more stress than they need in this hectic world. I'm a 28 years old but people always tell me that I look like a 20 years old. They would have never guess that I'm 28 years of age. I didn't always look young. When I was 24 years old, I looked like I was 30 years old because of the stress built up from college. Looking younger is great but your internal system will also be younger when you clean out your stress.

Every single day I wake up doing my meditating ritual. I would make sure that most of my stress and bad feelings will leave my system before I move on to the new day. If you allow your stress to stack up for a long period of time, you can get very sick from it. Anger and bad feelings can also make you look much older and make you sick too. Anger and feelings will affect your mind and transform that into a body illness. This is why having a bad marriage or bad co-workers can make you stress out and sick often.

You should get rid of stressors as much as possible in your life like a bad marriage, bad work place and bad family. Getting rid of stressors can cut down the stress that you will intake and that will improve your overall health and well being. Stressors will not only make you sick physically but will also make you sick mentally. This is why many people have nervous breakdowns and suffer from depression and emotional distress. These things will make you sick and can destroy your heart health. This is why doctors and lawyers often have heart attacks often and die.

The ritual starts with you sitting down in a quiet place and close your eyes and begin to meditate. You can visualize all of the emotional distress and bad feelings flying out of your mind and body. Take a deep breath in and out the entire time until all of those feelings have completely empty out of your mind and body. Make a mental effort to push all of those feelings out of your mind and boy. Once you have done this you should not think about these things or bring them back in memory. It should be gone so that you have room for new stressors. The mind needs to be cleanse too. Do this ritual every single day and you will experience better youth and health. You will look younger and have less physical illness.
