New Year's Eve Celebration
Neighborhood: River Streets
Savannah, GA 31404
United States of America
The people of Savannah, Georgia, represent the wonders of true Southern hospitality. Here, they welcome visitors from everywhere and treat them like how they treat their locals - with care. In contrast to some people's belief (those who haven't been there), Savannah is not some small quiet town. Rather, it is filled with amazing, historic architecture, spooky - but rich - in history, cemeteries, funky nightlife and absolutely fabulous food. It's like being brought back in time and being in a place where the past meets the present.

The New Year's Eve celebration adds to this town's vibrancy. There are many events to choose from in order to make splendid and lasting memories for the 2007's last hoorah on the River Street and surrounding area of Savannah, Georgia.

Great article. I spent a lot of time in Savannah when I was in the Army, and there's no finer city in America.
