Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart '" America's Favorite Young Actors Cope with Twilight Fame

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are two of America's most beloved personalities. Rumors of a love interest between the two, who play Bella Swan and Edward Cullen on the popular Twilight series, are always gracing the glossy pages of various gossip magazines.

This fame and constant rumor-mongering has an effect on both Robert Pattinson AND Kristen Stewart, who have indicated that they have had to deal with a lot because of their fame.

Heat Magazine, a leading British gossip site reports that Kristen Stewart feels as if her Twilight fame is causing her to be "raped" by the media, saying: "It's so... The photos are so... I feel like I'm looking at someone being raped. A lot of the time I can't handle it. I never expected that this would be my life. What you don't see are the cameras shoved in my face and the bizarre intrusive questions being asked, or the people falling over themselves, screaming and taunting to get a reaction. All you see is an actor or a celebrity lit up by a flash."

It has to be stressful. No matter where they go, they have their avid fans screaming, camera bulbs flashing, people yelling and more. Each time they get a moment to themselves, it's scrutinized. Are they sad about a breakup? Are they having a lover's quarrel? Is Pattinson dating Stewart or is he dating someone else? Is Kristen with Robert or Taylor Lautner?

Her co-star Robert Pattinson also feels the heat. Although he always appears calm, cool, and collected he's growing "Bored" with the Twilight Franchise, according to Popeater.

Psychiatrist Carole Lieberman, MD says the following of Pattinson's claims of boredom: "He seems to have become overwhelmed and uncomfortable with being a heartthrob, altogether. This is more a reflection of his underlying discomfort with his sexuality than a short attention span looking for a new movie plot."

Hmm. Twilight is driving K-Stew mad, and Rpattz bored. We hope they can still act passionately during the next couple of installments of the movie!

All that being said, it's still very difficult to be famous. It may sound really glamorous to live such a posh lifestyle but in all actuality it can pay a really big toll on your mental health. While everyone living a "normal" life strives to be famous, those who are famous just wish they were normal.
