Robert Pattinson's Surprise for Kristen Stewart

After denying for ages that there is any real life romance between them, Robert Pattinson had a surprise for Kristen Stewart. More on the Robert and Kristen romance surfaced after both admitted to Oprah Winfrey they are, indeed, a couple.

Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart finally confessed this revelation to Oprah (offstage)in early May before their Twilight interview.

Onstage with Oprah, Robert joked that Kristen was pregnant! Quite the change for these extremely private individuals.

After a lover's quarrel in May, Rob surprised Kristen with both an apology and a surprise marriage proposal. A source told OK! magazine that "Rob told Kristen he wants to spend the rest of his life with her - period. He's proposed they'll get married one day. He knows Kristen will make a perfect wife and can't imagine being with anyone else!"

Women all over the world over would love a Robert Pattinson surprise like this! What a lovely sentiment and one that Kristen surely appreciated. Someday - maybe soon, or it may be far in the future, but we shouldn't be surprised by that! It's taken this long for Robert and Kristen's relationship to come into the light, after all. Hopefully, they will have a memorable engagement period.

Kristen also had a surprise for Rob on his birthday. She bought him an iPad in the hopes that they'll be able to communicate better when they are apart. While he is an admitted "technophobe," the source told OK! that Rob "actually loved it." As anyone who has heard Robert's song on the first "Twilight" soundtrack knows, he has a passion for music, as well as his acting.

Kristen's other gift to Rob Pattinson played to this passion. She gave him a vintage 1960's Martin acoustic guitar. "Rob is always writing songs for Kris and serenading her", the OK! Source said. So this gift is sure to please both of them for many years!
