RoC Skincare - Keeping Their Promises

Well, why not? RoC, a Johnson & Johnson company, is backed by a highly advanced research lab and has made high quality products for over 40 years. I expected the products to be good. But really, 10 years off my face?

I did not expect RoC to blow the rest of my skin care products out of the water in one week. I have products in my beauty bag that cost hundreds of dollars (shhh! Don't tell my husband!) I scrimped and saved until I got enough points on my American Express to buy La Prairie eye cream from Saks Fifth Avenue at $250!
