Rocky Balboa - Back in the Ring? Rocky 6

Preview to yet Another Rocky Sequel

Whether you're a huge Rocky fan or a boxing fan in general, you will probably end up seeing this movie. Rocky is a historic series of movies that pretty much everyone knows about. When Rocky first started he was a nobody. He got the chance of a lifetime to prove everyone wrong. He worked in a meat factory for a very low wage and also did some behind the scene work as a debt collector.

He then gets the chance to fight Apollo Creed an experienced heavyweight boxer who is managed by professionals. This is how Rocky became a somebody as Creed was an overwhelming favorite to knock Rocky out in the first round. We forgot that Rocky is fighting for self respect and possibly one of his biggest fights of his life. Getting back to the sequel to Rocky 5, he is back in Philly as it left off in Rocky 5. Supposedly he is running a restaurant in Philadelphia and is back to making pennies. Much similar to the way Rocky began back in the late 70's, he wants to prove everyone wrong.

Although there isn't much said about this movie yet, what IS being said is current. Mason "The Line" Dixon, the current world heavyweight boxing champion is the main factor within his sport and Rocky sees that as an opportunity to prove everyone wrong by stepping in the ring one last time. A saddened Rocky feels he must enter the ring and return to the sport that started it all for him.

I don't know about everyone else but this line certainly makes it harder for me to wait any longer to see this movie. Rocky is much older now and returning to the ring to fight a seasoned champion such as Mason Dixon won't be easy. The odd's are definitely against him, similar to the way he was dominated before the fight even began against Creed in the first movie. But if anyone can come out with a victory, it's the Italian Stallion Rocky Balboa.

Rocky has definitely earned the right to be called an American Icon, simply for the way he handles his situations in each and every movie. I truly believe this movie will be a historic masterpiece, and I'm sure we will see the whole cast of all of the Rocky movies at one point or another throughout Rocky 6 - Rocky Balboa. Just remember though it doesn't matter how old you are, if you want it enough, anything is possible, and all you need is heart.

I thought they could have made the fight a bit more like the older ones.. They really inputted HBO into the fight and it looked like a real fight. I thought it should have been similar to the older ones, just my opinion, but yes I loved the movie, as I did with all of them.

I saw Rocky Balboa since I get videos for free at my job. I loved the story a lot, but I hated the fight. The fight seemed way too fake and choreographed for my liking. The idea was golden, and Sylvester was still in pretty good shape. I'd recommend this movie to anyone.
