You can enjoy a piping hot lunch Monday thru Sunday from 11:00am to 4:00pm daily. Tantalizing Brazilian dishes are served nightly, seven days a week. Monday thru Thursday dinner is served from 4:00pm to 10:00pm, Friday and Saturday dinner is available from 4:00pm to 11:00pm and on Sunday the dinner menu is available all day so bring your appetite.
When you arrive at Rodizio your first course begins with all you can eat salad bar and appetizers. Each table has a Red and Green Cue to let the Brazilian Gauchos know whether to continue rotating the savory meat skewers to your table. You begin with a Red Cue which means you are not quite ready for the main course. When your salad and appetizers have had time to settle, simple turn the Cue to Green and sit back and wait as the traveling Gauchos bring the meat skewers around. Have the meats of your choice cut to your desired temperature. Medium-rare, medium or well-done, the choice is all yours. The meat is cut directly in front of you and placed on your plate. If you need a break, simply change your Cue back to Red. This can be done until you have had your fill.
Meat choices include Top Sirloin, Top Sirloin basted in garlic, Beef Tender, Brazilian Pot Roast, Chef Special, Turkey Breast wrapped in bacon, Marinated Chicken Thighs, Seasoned Chicken Hearts, Brazilian Sausage, Marinated Pork Loin, Ham, as well as a daily selection of fish. After you have had your fill of the finest, melt in your mouth meats, try any of Rodizio's Brazilian desserts. Save room to appease your sweet tooth with a Royal Brigaderio Banana Sundae, Rabanada, or any of the other specialty desserts.
Rodizio offers a take out selection for anyone willing to grill it themselves. Simply phone the restaurant any place your order. It is perfect for a small dinner or party. Homemade salads are also sold by the pound. Light up the grill and let the guests think you spent all day preparing! Grill you dinner to perfection and impress everyone invited.
Specialty catering is available for all occasions upon request. In keeping with the Brazilian theme, catering service offers an all-you-can-eat selection for thirty or more people. Catering includes salad and appetizers, meat choices and tea or water. Special arrangements must be made ahead of time for private catering services.
Reservations are requested for parties of eight or more. Reservations can be made by calling Rodizio at 303-294-9277 or by fax at 303-382-1903. You can also make reservations by visiting the restaurants website at rodiziogrill.com.
