Roger Clemens Alleged Jokes About His Wife's Breast May Have Him in the Doghouse

I am not talking about him being in the doghouse with Congress, Major League Baseball, the Yankees, or even the fans.

No, Roger is in the doghouse with a much more prevailing, dominant, and intimidating entity...

His wife.

The latest reports point to the possibility that Clemens was at the famed Jose Canseco barbeque party, where Brian McNamee alleges Clemens first approached him about the topic of performance enhancing drugs. A source from one of Clemens' former teams says that Clemens often told a joke about an alleged interaction between Debbie Clemens and Jessica Sekely, Canseco's wife, at the aforementioned barbeque in which the two ladies and their husbands jokingly discussed breast augmentations that Jessica and Debbie had.

If this allegation is true, this could put Clemens in a world of hurt. He adamantly denied going to the party prior to the Congressional Hearings on Steroids. Even at the hearings, he denied in the beginning. As the Congressmen began to break him down and brought in the possibility of his former nanny recounting him being at the party, he begin to cave in a little bit and he admitted the proximity of his alibi to the Canseco compound, as well as the fact that he may have dropped the nanny off at the party.

But in the end, he never admitted to being at the Canseco house and pretty much denied it as well. Thus, if the stories about him telling these jokes are true then that is cause to believe that Clemens perjured himself at the Hearings and it would likely result in an indictment and federal prosecution of one of baseball's all-time great pitchers.

More importantly though, Clemens could be indicted by his wife. Because it is quite likely that his wife didn't want him talking about her boob job to a bunch of his baseball buddies and crowd. Breast augmentation is a personal and emotional thing for a woman to go through, and often, but not always, those who choose to have breast augmentation have some type of self-confidence issues. So it is quite plausible that Debbie Clemens was quite angry with Roger when he allegedly discussed her breast augmentation in openly. And like any male out there, Roger had a defense and he probably explained to her that it wasn't a big deal and didn't think that anybody would care that she had work done on her breasts.

Oh, but now, Debbie Clemens has the upper hand. Because sure enough, her breast augmentation is now a big deal. Bigger than either one of them could have ever imagined. As if her name was not involved in Clemens drug-use case enough, now she has to hear and read a bunch of boy's club sports writers and analysts openly communicate her breast enhancement to millions of viewers and readers across the world.

As a result, Roger is probably in more trouble with his wife than he ever could be with the media and baseball. Right now, an indictment sounds like a relief compared to the world of distress he has to go through anytime he's watching television with his wife and a line about her breast augmentation is going across the ticker on CNN or ESPN.
