For me Valentines Day is planned to the last second of the evening. Out of those time my most reimbursable of them all is with my boyfriend. It was all planned out romantic dinner, movie, carriage ride, everything. I was ready i had everything set just one problem I forgot to include the weather and the crowd of people wanting to ride the carriages. But when i left the house that morning I wanted it all to work how i had planned it.
So three weeks before the big day I like to call it. I bought a dress an cute simple black spring dress. One I could put a cute jacket over or my coat and go out. It was perfect just one problem the zipper kept breaking. I had three people working on it trying to fix it and make it as perfect as I had bought it. But it just kept on breaking. I couldn't return it since people had left their stitching marks on it so i came up with a new idea to make it into a Symone Original i took some red ribbon and made the back into a corsets and a red ribbon outline on the top and bottom part of the dress. I turned out to my surprise everyone liked this design better then how the dress cam which made my very happy. Again wasn't my plan.
Next step was to make reservations at my favorite restaurant which i did happily. I got everything done that needed to be done even the gifts made wrapped and neatly hidden out of sight. I was ready I had everything under control.
But when the day came everything was perfect in the beginning Breakfast was made and served in bed to him, a walk around downtown park, listening to the music and dancing along with, getting to gather with friends for a bit to talk and hang out, then going home to get ready. But once night fell for the most romantic evening everything seemed to fall apart. The person who I had talk to about our reservations forgot to write them down and there was a bad snow storm. On top of that tones of people where in line for the Cinderella Carriage ride. The one thing i had my heart set on. To me valentines Day was ruined but to Johnny it was a chance to show me he was just as romantic with out planning anything.
So instead of dinner and a movie we rented a movie sat on a blanket on the floor and watched our favorite Television show while drinking from wine glass full of Sparking Cider and eating Alfredo chicken we both made surrounded by candles that smelled of Apple Blossoms. And instead of the Carriage ride Like I had planned we went for a walk through the snow and danced in it in the street under the street light to our song playing on the car CD player. Latter that night we exchanged gifts with each other while siting on our little picnic.
I admit it wasn't what i had planned and at one point I was upset to that it didn't go through as it was suppose to, but i wouldn't have it any other way. To me it was the best evening ever. I enjoyed every last bit of it down to the falling asleep holding hands. everything I could ever hope and dream was there the whole time. So that's my best Valentines Day story.
