Katherine's is a popular gourmet restaurant nestled right in the CasaBlanca casino in Mesquite. The private booths provide a quiet, cozy setting for diners. Katherine's menu is varied. They boast live Maine lobster and some of the most succulent steaks in town. The wine list is extensive. Enjoy salads and desserts prepared tableside. I personally recommend their delicious tableside spinach salad. The preparation alone is a treat. Katherine's staff is very attentive and cordial.
