Feeling romantic? Choose one of each to share with your date before moving on to any of the authentic Italian entrees. If you enjoy chicken, the Chicken Saltimbocca is delectable. Moist chicken with mushrooms sautéed in white wine sauce and topped with prosciutto and mozzarella is served with pasta, or for a small charge sautéed spinach or broccoli.
