Ron Paul Revolution Raises More Than $4 Million in One Day

Katherine M.
Monday was one of the most successful fund raising days in history because of the amount raised by Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul and his election campaign.

Well on his way to raising 12 million by December 31st, Ron Paul pulls in more than $4 million dollars in just one day. As of today he had raised more than half of his goal with the total amount being over $7 million. Yes, he is is real and apparently has many supporters. 35,000 people made donations yesterday and in just 20 hours Ron Paul had raised a whopping amount of money for his campaign.

The Ron Paul Revolution consists mainly of Internet supporters who watch his videos on-line at youtube.com as well as get updated information on his website ronpaul.org. Ron Paul is the most searched presidential candidate on the world wide web. He has thousands of friends on myspace and the number of Ron Paul Revolution supporters grows daily.

Yesterdays huge fund raising was one of the biggest in presidential candidate history. On June 30th, Hilary Rodham Clinton raised nearly $6.2 million in a single day. Now, Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul has brought in just a little less than Obama.

Fund raising started a couple months ago when supporters online started to really push the need for more funding to bring Ron Paul and the Revolution to the top. Once Ron Paul was aware of the amount of individuals and groups supporting him and campaigning for fund raising, he started mentioning the donations in his speeches. The result has been phenomenal, people believe in him and are backing up that support with dollars.

Ron Paul stands out from other presidential candidates for many reasons among them are his disapproval regarding the war in Iraq. Ron Paul also does not support the current administrations National Security scheme, saying they impose on American's civil liberties. He backs limited government control and low taxes. He openly opposes income tax and plans to greatly reduce government spending and debt. He is against the current War on Drugs campaign as well as gun controland the patriot act. He has been called everything from a conservative to a libertarian. More information about his ideals and goals for our country can be found at http://ronpaul.org/

"The result has been phenomenal, people believe in him and are backing up that support with dollars."

Indeed; where is the spambot-defamation now?

Katherine: - You can always publish another essay like I did for "Is There Another American Revolution on the Horizon!"

Thanks Daniel, I did not look into the amount Hillary's campaign raised further than my source for this article simply because it was a quick peice, submitted for free and the point was the huge amount Paul had raised. But thanks for correcting my info, once AC publishes something there is no way to change or add info besides the comment space.

Unfortunately it took segregationist Governor Wallace to reveal the truth that "there's not a dime's worth of difference between" Republicans and Democrats. The Democrats willingly went along with the War in Iraq, suspension of Habeas Corpus, detaining protesters, banning books like "America Deceived' from Amazon, stealing private lands (Kelo decision), warrant-less wiretapping and refusing to investigate 9/11 properly. They are both guilty of treason.
Support Dr. Ron Paul and save this great nation.

Actually, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports, Hillary did NOT get 6.2 million in a day. Her skewed number was a collection of a few different days.

Additionally, Mitt Romney's 5+ million was actually 3.1 million in actual donations. The rest were "pledges" for later donations.

Paul holds the record except for Kerry/Edwards in 2004. But that was post-primaries.

I challenge you to be a good journalist, investigate the error, and correct your article.
