Ron Shock - Comedian Review

Ron Shock is a hilarious comedian, sure to keep the crowd laughing so hard they will leave with their sides hurting. Mr. Shock delivered the best live stand-up comedy act I have ever witnessed.

Ron Shock has lived an interesting life, which one can read about on his website (www.ronshock.com). He has lived a diversified life, from studying in the priesthood early in life to joining a gang. Later, he became a jewel thief which led to his incarceration. After being released, he went on to become vice president of a major corporation. Mr. Shock did all this in only the first four decades of his life. At age forty, he gave up his success in the corporate world to pursue a career as a stand-up comic. His incredible life adds great fuel to his stand-up act.

An older gentleman himself, Ron Shock's comedy act will appeal to everyone with a sense of humor, regardless of age. His jokes are fantastic. His act is a great mixture of storytelling jokes, as well as some incredible giraffe jokes. You will have to check him out to see what I am writing about.

Ron Shock has an incredible sense of timing, which makes his delivery perfect. He knows when to pause and knows how to gain control of a room. Mr. Shock has an inviting laugh that makes people want to laugh with him. Ron Shock is active on the stage. He holds the crowd's attention by hopping around like a man in his twenties. Watching Mr. Shock on stage is humorous in itself; hearing his great jokes is just icing on the cake.

I recently witnessed the comedian in action at the Comedy Caravan in Louisville, Kentucky. He was hilarious from the moment he walked onto stage until the moment he exited. He had me laughing so hard I was afraid I would wet my pants. Yet, I didn't want to visit the restroom, because I didn't want to miss a minute of his show.
