It is necessary to note that it's not important how we got a negative thought rooted in our consciousness. Also it's not important who gave you that thought or what was the initial cause you adapted that thought. Even though sometimes it's entertaining to trace the history of a thought in our mind it's not a crucial thing in our work.
Any event has it's own root cause. This statement is also valid for our thoughts, beliefs, fears and problems. They come to us from our parents or main caregivers. Sometimes it comes from our ancestors so it's almost genetic. Other times our environment we grow up programs us. In the latter case it is interesting to find out why the same environment programs different people differently. Why some events may significantly influence one person and has no effect on another. I believe that the first thoughts that a person adopts in his childhood create a predisposition to adopt similar thoughts and problems in the future. Again we get into a vicious cycle. A fearful thought creates more fear in our mind and attracts a situation that amplifies itself even more. For example if you are afraid of a disease then continuous thinking about it will weaken your immune system and you become vulnerable to a disease.
That is the way in which fear influences the physical organism and energy level of a person. You may argue that never had a fear of a disease but still became ill. In this case any fearful thought abut yourself, other people and the world in general may cause your immune system to weaken. It is that thought that creates our current situation. That's why we need to learn to overcome it. I believe life gives us lessons to learn and become stronger once we overcome our negative situations and thoughts.
I have a question for you.
What do you prefer? To learn to overcome your life situation or to look for some magic pill that fixes everything for you?
What if there is no such a pill?
If you will continue thinking that your problems are created because of your actions in the past or even because of your actions in the previous life you are going to get into another trap. We tend to forget the past actions and what's more important don't even remember if we had a previous life. Therefore if we continue thinking that everything we have is the cause of the past then we are weakening ourselves and after some time we will feel completely helpless in dealing with our problems. In my opinion discussions about previous lifes are totally useless. They just disorient you into thinking that you have very little power to change your life situation. I believe that the laws of life are so that anyone can deal with any situation no matter how hard it is and come out as a winner. It doesn't matter where the root cause of the situation or thought originates. All you need to do is act and help will be always there.
