Roses are red, roses are blue,
Orange, pink, yellow, and white.
Summer blooms until frost;
Even the hips are prized.

My favorite color rose is yellow, what's yours?

Post a CommentWhite. And yellow!
What a simple but touching poem, Sandy. I admit, I did not know roses came in so many colors! And what a photograph to go with your poem, thanks to Mike Oberg - nature at its most beautiful. Creation inspires us and teaches us - ever dynamic; so beautiful, soon gone but another to take its place. We need to enjoy every moment of our lives, whatever it brings! siva
This yellow one is beautiful!
My favorite is Double Delight rose with red and white petals and extremely fragrant! Lovely poem and use of Mike's yellow rose photo to accompany this poem!
Loved it
Orange rose is my favorite, they are so beautiful that they can wear the bold color an still be softly beautiful, thanks for another stunning flower poem...:0)
I prefer the classic red rose. Superb work here, thanks!
Red. Pink in second place. Lovely poem - rcj
I like purple, because it is less common, but any color is good! I love multi-colored ones too.
I'm a sucker for any color :)
