It is a holiday that is symbolized by apples and honey. In short, Rosh Hashanah is a honey of a holiday. In fact, honey and apples provided me with a sweet memory of Rosh Hashanah.

I always baked for Rosh Hashsanah. i have baked English apple pie and cranberry apple pie. In addition, nothing symbolizes Rosh Hasanah to me better than baked apples and honey. Honey is a food used at the table for this Jewish holiday because we hope for sweet year. When making baked apples and honey, I use green, Granny Smith apples. In addition, I use red apples when dipping apples in honey. My family loves my baking for Rosh Hashanah. That is the reason that baking is a sweet memory during Hashanah.

Moreover, honey and Rosh Hashanah have sweet memories for me because my middle name is Honey.
My mom used Honey as my middle name because she thought I looked sweet the day I was born. In addition, Honey is my middle name because I was named after a relative. In short, honey is sweet and so am I Plus, my birthday and Rosh Hashanah are in September. Therefore, This Jewish holiday will always be a honey of a holiday. Source: none
