Per an exclusive from ABC Newstoday , Rosie O'Donnell'shosting duties on "The View" will come to an end mid-June.

While ratings for "The View" were up in key women demographics during Rosie O'Donnell's tenure, as much as 15% over last year, the outspoken comedian scored some low ratings yesterday when she emceed theMatrix Awards in front of 2,000 of New York's most highly accomplished women in the media industry at the Waldorf-Astoria Grand Ballroom.

The New York Post has this about Rosie' O'Donnell's performance at the annual luncheon of N.Y. Women in Communications-

The loose-lipped lesbian dropped the F-bomb as Barbara Walters lowered her head on the dais and covered her face with her hand. O'Donnell concluded a rant about Donald Trump by grabbing her crotch and shouting, "Eat me!"

O'Donnell also said she was sad when Trump called her "disgusting" and "fat" because, "it was always my dream to give an old, bald billionaire a boner."

Among those in attendance at the luncheon event emceed by Rosie O'Donnell were Hillary Clinton, Arianna Huffington, Judith Giuliani, Helen Gurley Brown, and Martha Stewart, along with 17 teenage high school girlswho were awarded scholarships to pursue their dreams of careers in media.

According to the Post, reviews for Rosie were mixed-

"I was offended by how vulgar and common O'Donnell was," said Robert Zimmerman, a Democrat active in progressive causes. "It was especially inappropriate with young people present."

Brandon Holley, editor-in-chief of Jane magazine, said, "I wasn't personally offended, but I thought it was fun to watch other people be offended."

"I cringed and dove under the table when she said, 'Eat me,' " said one woman attendee who declined to be identified.

About her departure from "The View", Rosie O'Donnell said on today's show, "I'm not going away. I'm just not going to be here every day."

Good thing this role model for women in the media will not be disappearing completely.

Howard Stern is "absolutely nasty". Of couse society is such that men are allowed to be so and a female is "vulgar and common".
