The golf course was entertaining, the first time I went and I had to fish my ball out of a couple ponds but since they don't put any type of edging on some of the courses, the balls are bound to go in the water. Have no fear, they leave fishing nets near all of the different ponds so you can retrieve your ball yourself without having to go inside and get a new one. Neither course presented much of a challenge, there were a few twists and turns and hills but no major obstacles such as a windmill to work around. They also have a sound system set up outside with the radio playing so that added to the atmosphere.
If you're looking for an arcade, I wouldn't recommend Round-of-Golf. They have a few games such as ski ball, automated basketball, and pump it up a virtual dancing game but there isn't a large selection. You do receive tickets for the games which you can then trade in for prizes but they aren't anything spectacular either, they have small candies and toys and a few larger items including a scooter but I'm sure you'd have to save tickets for a long time to earn that. They offer specials on the tokens so the more you spend at once, the more tokens you get for your dollar.
Although I haven't eaten anything from the snack bar, it looked and smelled very appetizing. They have the basic concession stand foods such as pizza, hot dogs and nachos all of which were reasonably priced. Soda, bottled water and frozen slush drinks were also available. They have discounted packages that include food, miniature golf and some tokens for large groups and there is a section inside with tables that can be set up for parties.
The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for a place to take the family for miniature golf, Round-of-Golf is a definite possibility in my opinion. The cost for 18 holes on either course is $6 for an adult and I believe it was $4 for children so I would recommend this place for a reasonably priced night of family fun.
