Round Two! Allison and Joshuah Fight on Big Brother 9!

After getting Big Brother to place a restraining order on another Houseguest, Allison goes outside and baits this person to provoke an argument, having lied to Ryan about the reason she was going outside. Ryan was brought into the argument only to learn that Allison had lied to him. When Allison is confronted with her lie, she and Ryan start fighting and she is now threatening to leave the show.

To understand how things got to this point, it is suggested that you read "Restraining Order Issued in the Big Brother House" (CLICK HERE). Allison is threatening to sue CBS. She asked the producers of Big Brother to remove Joshuah from the house, but they did not. They issued a restraining order against Joshuah. He must stay at least five feet away from Allison at all times.

After talking to Ryan and both of them deciding to go to bed, Allison goes out to the hot tub where Sharon, Joshuah, Natalie and Adam are all talking. She spoke to Sharon, telling her that "Ryan said that you thought that I came after you today. So I just wanted to come straight to you and talk to you. Did you feel that way?" Sharon said "No," she said she asked Natalie if Allison was upset. Sharon said that she is "Mommy Sharon and if you were not okay, then I wanted to come and make sure you were okay... No, we're good."

As Allison walks away, she said "And another thing, nothing that Joshuah has said today has upset me. What does upset me is being threatened. You know, my life being threatened. Which is not.. you know...cool." The live feeds are interrupted and when they come back on, Joshuah and Allison are in the middle of a heated discussion. Joshuah is standing in the hot tub and Allison is standing in the yard.

It starts back up with Joshuah saying "Do you want me to go on?" Allison said "Go ahead." Sharon says "Stop. Stop. Stop." Allison said "Truthfully, I feel sorry for you outside these walls." At the same time, Josh said "Win POV then. Win POV then." Joshuah said "See that? This is the provoking that I've been talking about." Somewhere in the backyard we hear Ryan's voice saying "I thought you came out her to ask Sharon." She said "Yes, I did." Joshuah said "She came out here to provoke me again. This is what I'm talking about. I cannot deal with her when she's like this." Allison kept telling Joshuah to stop. Joshuah said "Allison. Allison." She said "What?" He said "Go away," as he waves goodbye to her. She said "Go away?" She is smiling and shaking her head. Joshuah told Ryan "This is why y'all will be voted out, because of her mouth... Bye.. Go!" Allison said "Joshuah." He started yelling "Go." And she just said "Oh really, Joshuah? No, I won't Joshuah." He said "Get away from my five feet that you are supposively so threatened by. Get away from me." She said "Oh really Joshuah, you have the five feet on you. Buddy." He said "Oh.. I'm.. very aware." Sharon is begging Josh to stop. Allison said "Joshuah, you are really.. I don't know why you are doing this today." He replied "Allison, you are really a piece of _____." She said "Okay." Sharon is asking Joshuah to stop. Joshuah starts talking about Allison to Sharon in front of Allison because Allison will not walk away. Allison laughed and turned to walk towards the house. Then they both started yelling last remarks to each other from across the yard.

After Allison walked in the house, Ryan told Sharon that Allison "Had come out here to say what you admitted to her that you did say that. Did you say that? Did you?" Sharon said "No." Then Sharon turned to Natalie to make sure she did not miss what happened when Allison came outside and asked Natalie "Is that what happened?" Adam spoke up "She didn't come out here and say anything like that." Sharon asked everyone "Did I say that? No." Shelia must have been listening in the entire time because she popped her head out the door of the house and said "She just came out here to ask you if you were mad at her." Then Adam said "Then she started on him again." Joshuah said "And she started on me again."

Ryan said that she came in to him and told him that she had confronted Sharon and Sharon admitted everything. (Note: This must have occurred while the live feeds were interrupted). Sharon stands up on the side of the hot tub with her arms extended and asked "Is that what all was said?" Ryan said "You didn't admitted to her that she..that she.. that she.." Sharon said "I didn't admit to her." Ryan said "So you didn't say that?" The whole house confirmed that Allison came outside to ask Sharon if she was mad at her, then she started in on Joshuah.

Ryan goes inside and confronts Allison. He walks into the boat room, where she is laying on the bed and said "Allison, I thought you were gonna go out there and confront Sharon." She said "I did." He said "You didn't say anything about that to Sharon." She said "Yes I did." He said "No you didn't." She turns over to face him and says "What...What are you saying to me right now?" She repeated her lie and said she went out there to confront Sharon. He said "You never said that to her." She said "Yes I did." He said "You told me one thing and then you went out there and said another." Allison said "Seriously. Seriously. Don't talk to me." He said "You're lying to me." She got mad at him and gave him the finger and turned her back to him and said "Yeah, I'm lying to my own partner." She turned back to face him and told him that she went out there and asked Sharon if she felt as if she was coming after her and Sharon said "No," that there was a lot of stuff going on and "We're good." Then Allison said "It's squashed. It's done. I don't give a _____ anymore." Ryan said "But you're lying to me." She said "Okay, bye. Good. Don't care," and she turned her back to him again. He got up to leave the room, but she could not just let things end, she asked him to "Come here for a second." He said "What?" She said "Everything I have ever said to you was not right at all about you." He said "Oh yeah? Okay." She said "Okay." Ryan left the room.

Chelsia goes in to talk to Allison and Allison tells Chelsia that this whole thing is very serious and if Big Brother does not do something now, they are going to lose a cast member. She says she does not care about the stipend that she would lose if she left the show. She said "I'm not going to be treated that way." Chelsia said "Well, just sleep on it" Allison thanked her for talking to her. Chelsia said "Goodnight" and left Allison to sleep.

Chelsia goes out to talk to Ryan and she tells him that Allison is upset with him for not sticking up for her when Joshuah was being rude to her. Ryan said "Why should I stick up for her when she's lying to everyone?" Chelsia said it would be selfish of Allison to leave and that she signed a contract knowing what to expect. Ryan said "She's just using it as an excuse. Now she's snapped on me." He said he was not going to talk to her again until she apologized to him.

Josh said "You can't go around threatening to sue someone every time they call you a name." They begin talking about the lesbian story. Ryan did not know much about it. Chelsia filled him in on every detail, including that they played that story for eleven days. Ryan was shocked. Joshuah said that the lesbian story would be coming out in the open tomorrow so everyone can see how manipulative she is. Chelsia said that the reason they told the story was because Allison wanted to leave the first time she was on the block.

Allison called Matt to her room to talk to him. Matt offered to be a mediator. Allison said she is not apologizing and called Ryan all sorts of names. Matt called Ryan into the room. Matt acted as a mediator for their conversation. Ryan immediately started with "I don't know how you're gonna turn on me like that." Matt stopped both of them from talking and told Allison "He thinks that you lied to him." He turned to Ryan and said "She's upset that you didn't defend her when Josh started to rip her." Matt asks if he should stay for this. Ryan asked him to stay because "The last time I tried to explain myself I got a freaking middle finger stuck in my face." Matt said to Ryan "Talk in normal tones. I know you're mad." He said "When I came in here earlier, I asked you why you went off on Sharon." Allison said "I didn't and I told you I did not go off on Sharon." Ryan replied "You said you went out there and told her you overheard her calling you a _____ and you said she admitted to you that she said that and she said 'Yeah, I'm sorry. You know, I did.' And. But that is totally not what I heard from Sharon and Sharon said you never told her that and I said she's out there saying she never said it and you're telling me that she said that she told you that she admitted it." Allison said "And that's acting like she's like saying that she said something like witchy or something like that today." (Note: Sharon never admitted to saying anything of the sort and the conversation between Sharon and Allison was only Allison asking if Sharon was mad at her.)

As the conversation breaks down, Matt gives up and leaves and Ryan tells Allison that everyone in the yard told him the same thing and he believes them. Allison keeps insisting that she said something she never did.

Ryan asks if he can get Adam and bring him into the room to see if she is lying and she said "Go for it." When Ryan goes out to the kitchen to talk to everyone, the live feeds were interrupted. Ryan came back into the room and said he was not going to bring Adam in because he does not remember what was said. Allison relays her version of her conversation with Sharon again and then said "And then Joshuah started calling me a ( a variety of names)" (Note: Joshuah did not speak to her. She was the one who made remarks to Sharon, but directed to him, about Joshuah. Then the feeds were interrupted and we do not know everything that was said and by whom.)

Ryan continued to try to explain himself without success. He tells her that the lesbian story is coming out in the open tomorrow. She said it was all Shelia. Ryan told her "No one believes you in this house. No one likes you. They like me, Allison. That just goes to show you what kind of person you are. Today just shows what kind of person you are." Allison said "I saved us the first week." Ryan said "No, I saved us. I got Chelsia and James on our side. We're not here because of you. We're here because of me." She said "Okay, Ryan. Thank you. Thank you. I'm shocked by the way you're acting now. You're acting like a jerk." (Note: That first week, Allison and Shelia kept to themselves. It was Jen and Ryan who were working the rest of the house to stay and have the other one voted out.)

Ryan left and went outside with the rest of the house. Allison got in bed with Natalie to sleep. Allison and Ryan eventually end up where they have to be, in the same bed. They sleep in the boat room. The bed that the rest of the house says is cursed because it is the bed that the evicted Houseguests have all slept in.

Josh is called to the Diary Room after he was in bed for the night. When he comes out, he tells Sharon that he is on a gag order and cannot talk about it, but that everything is fine.
