Florida Court of Appeal Filing Names State Dept Official in British Child's Abduction

British father Karl Hindle filed in Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal on behalf of his 7-year-old daughter who was abducted to the US by her mother in 2003. US State Department's Barbara Greig prevented him from protecting his daughter.
