Why is it so Hard to Find a Good Texas Electric Rate?

I thought commercial energy rates in Texas were high last year at 9.5 cents a kilowatt hour back around June 2 2007 but now in May 2008 commercial rates have been around 11 cents a kilowatt hour. My business associates are starting to panic.

When moving to a new location many internet and techie people have the immediate question of where to find quality, reliable, affordable, and fast broadband internet. It really doesn't matter what the technology is so long as it passes these requirements.

Finding a good Assisted Living Facility in Texas can be a struggle. Among the places to start would be calling the Texas Ombudsman program and finding where not to send your loved one. Also calling the Dept of Aging in Texas would be a good start.
