We knew the rankings were going to change after the Alabama/LSU match up. Nebraska was upset by Northwestern, Arkansas took care of South Carolina, and Iowa upset Michigan. Arizona State and West Virginia were upset.

The number of undefeated teams shrank to six this week. Clemson was upset by Georgia Tech and Oklahoma knocked Kansas State down. Michigan State ran out of magic and lost to Nebraska.

LSU barely held n to the number one spot de to the way Alabama stormed the swamp. The Crimson Tide moved up to number two. Oklahoma dropped to number three, and Wisconsin moved up to number four. Stanford rounds out the top five.
