Rudy

Lisa R. Strong

Hey Rudy, don't you hide;
Your mother is home;
She has had a long day;
Wrap yourself about her feet;
She wants to see your golden eyes;
And hear your loud purring;
Sweet Rudy, don't you fret;
Your mama loves you;
You are her favorite kitty;
Though she takes care of many;
You sometimes cause trouble;
But she takes it in stride;
Because you always manage;
To make her laugh and smile;
With your silly ways;
You are a sweetheart;
Who loves much attention;
And you always greet me;
When I come to visit;
And you love to snuggle;
Your momma at night;
Yes, she is so blessed;
To have you at her side

    A Really nice poem! As a cat lover, I especially enjoyed it. Nice photo, too.

    Rudy reminds me of my newest addition to my household, Jumpin Jack Flash.... I call him Jack! I adopted him from The Panama City Humane Society, THEY ARE IN DIRE NEED OF FUNDS TO KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN RIGHT NOW, isn't that sad? I hope others will realize that spaying and Neutering is the kindest thing that they can do for their pets. Great piece here Sis. Thanks for the smilemaker!!!!!!!!!!
    ~ PEACE ~
