Runescape: A Guide to Free-to-Play Quest The Knight's Sword

Pennya
In order to complete this quest you will need to have at least a mining level of ten in order to mine for Blurite ore. You will need to have a pickaxe one red berry pie and two iron bars for this quest. To make a red berry pie you will need a pie dish, flour, and red berries. Mix the flour with some water and select "make pastry dough". Then you will put the dough into the empty pie dish. Then you will use your berry to fill the pie and pop it into the oven. If it burns you will have to make another pie, you cannot bribe anyone with a burnt pie!

Now to start this quest you will want to go to the white knight's castle in Falador and talk to the squire in the courtyard. He will tell you that he lost a ceremonial sword that belongs to his master Sir Vyvin. He will ask you to talk to the libraian in Varrock for a location on the last of the incamdo dwarfs. Do not ask for a quest or you will start the shield of Arrav quest and not be able to finish this quest until you have finished that one. Now he will tell you the location so you will want to head south west of Port Sarim to the cliff where the dwarf lives. Give the red berry pie so he will start talking to you, but he will tell you that he needs to have a picture of the sword before he can make a new one. Now go back to Falador and talk to the squire for the location of a photo of the sword. He will tell you that there is one up on the south side of the castle on the third floor. Search a cupboard in the bedroom when the knight Sir Vyvin isn't in his room. You will get a picture of the sword which you will return to the dwarf. Make sure you bring your armor, pickaxe, Iron bars, and food. You will need to conserve your energy so that you can run past monsters when you go for the Blurite ore.

Give the photograph to the dwarf and he will say that he will need you to get him some Blurite ore. Go look for a cafe onward to the east, it will be on the hill which is above his house. Head into the cave deeper and deeper until you come to an ice covered room, run past the ice warriors and giants to the back wall. Here you will find the ore you need mine the Blurite ore as quickly as you can and return to the dwarf. Give him the Blurite, the two Iron bars and he will make the sword. Return the sword to the squire and that will finish the quest. You will gain one quest point and a total of 12,725 smithing experience points!

Now some people really like how the sword looks so they have figured out how you to can have your very own blurite sword. You will need to have twice the amount of Iron bars so that means you will need four bars and two Blurite ores. Now when you get the first sword drop it quickly and ask the dwarf to make you another sword. Before the sword disappears off of the screen pick it up and head off to the castle. You will have to drop the sword again right before talking to the squire. Pick up the sword you dropped and you can keep it as your own little reward for finishing the quest!
