For this quest you will need to gather some Cadava berries outside of the south Varrock city walls. They also spawn with Red berries, which you will need later for another quest so remember where these berries are located. Then You'll want to start the quest by talking to Romeo. He can be found in the city's center of Varrock. He will be wondering around the fountain area, and he is the male Non Player Character (NPC) with a red ruffled shirt, when you hover over him it will say "Romeo". He will appear as a yellow dot on your mini map, as all NPC's register as yellow dots and other players are white dots. He will ask you to talk to his fiancée Juliet. Now to find her family's home you will need to leave Varrock through the west city gate. You will need to take the first road to the right and it will take you to a house. Now enter the house (you may need to open some doors just click and select open doors) climb the stairs and talk to the woman on the balcony. She may ask you to deliver a message to her love Romeo and you will return to the city square. After he gets the message he will send you to find the Father Lawrence. The Father can be found in a chapel on the north-east side of Varrock. He will send you out to find a Cadava Potion. This potion can only be made in a small Apothecary's shop in south-west Varrock.
Who is an Apothecary? He is a 15th century pharmacist who is responsible for making all of the potions for free players. If you ever need a to raise your strength for a bit get a strength potion from him. Of course you will need to take five coins red spiders eggs and limpwurt root, but in return you will get a vial filled with four doses. Make sure you bring the berrys so he can make you the potion. For this quest you will talk to him and then when you have the berries in your inventory just talk to him again to get the potion.
Then quickly take the potion to Juliet, and then back to talk to Romeo and tell him the entire plan. Romeo is not the brightest crayon in the box so he doesn't understand. Brace yourself for the sad ending as Jagex has added in new two new cut scenes. The Quest Complete screen will show you your reward your quest points total will appear on the screen as well.
