RuneScape Gold method #1: Arhein's store, Catherby. Arhein will sell RuneScape members 80 seaweed and 40 pineapples for two RuneScape gold each when you speak to him rather than right-clicking the trade option. RuneScape players are allowed to buy once 24 hours have passed. Players must go though a multi-click dialogue and can buy only 27 at once, but the store is next to a bank. At the Grand exchange, sell the pineapples for between 100-200 RuneScape gold and the seaweed for between 200-300 RuneScape gold. Players can make 20-30k RuneScape gold daily merchanting with only five minutes spent.
There are no requirements for this money-making method. Teleport to Camelot is helpful for travel; you can also charter a ship.
RuneScape Gold method #2, Supercompost: Rather than make just the 4000-8000 RuneScape gold from the pineapples, make supercompost worth 20k. Walk north from Arhein carrying 15 pineapples. Open the compost bin; use pineapple with compost bin until full. Close the lid to let the contents rot. Compost takes about an hour to rot. Use bucket with compost bin to gather supercompost. Right-click "exchange tool leprechaun" to store up to 255 supercompost. The farms by Port Phasmatys, Ardougne, and south of Falador also have compost bins. To merchant the supercompost, withdraw from tool leprechauns when heading to bank or visit a patch such as tree gnome stronghold tree patch that is very close to a bank.
There appears to be no farming level required to make supercompost. Explorers ring 3 (all Lumbridge diaries,) ectophial (Restless ghost, Priest in peril, and Ghosts ahoy quests) or fairy rings (Fairy tale II Quest) are very helpful for reaching farming patches. Camelot and Ardougne teleports (51 magic or teletabs) also bring you close to the respective patches.
RuneScape Gold method #3, Flax in Seer's Village: Players wearing a seer's headband can speak with Geoffrey for 30-120 free noted flax daily depending on the level of seer's headband. These can be sold for between 2,500 and 12,000 RuneScape gold. The player can pick 27 additional flax while there, hit the spinning wheel en route to bank, and make 5k merchanting the bow strings.
Seer's village achievement diary is required for this RuneScape gold making method. Completion of the easy diary allows for 30 free flax. The medium diary completion allows 60 flax and the hard diary 120 flax.
RuneScape gold method #4, merchanting battlestaves in Varrock: Players can buy a set number of battlestaves from the staff shop, at the northwest corner of the Varrock square (closest to Grand exchange.) Players can buy battlestaves noted for 7,000 RuneScape gold and sell on the grand exchange for 8,100 RuneScape gold for a profit of 8,800 to 70,400 gold. The amount of battlestaves is based upon what level Varrock armor you are wearing. Without armor you can buy eight. If you are wearing Varrock Armor 1, you can buy 16 battlestaves. Varrock armor 2 allows 32 and Varrock armor 3 allows 64 battlestaves. Varrock achievement diaries are required to get Varrock armor.
RuneScape Gold method #5, Buckets of sand from Yanville: Bert will deliver 84 buckets of sand to your bank every day. Twenty-four hours must have passed since last time. Buckets of sand are in high demand by RuneScape players for glassblowing, worth between 14,000 and 18,000 RuneScape gold. Players need level 49 crafting to complete the Hand in the sand quest before Bert will deliver the sand.
By employing these RuneScape gold making methods, a player can make an extra 75-140k in RuneScape gold a day with minimal effort.
